Right great toe amputation	Diabetes or peripheral vascular disease.
Cellulitis	Second toe infection or poor foot care.
Right second toe infection	Diabetes, peripheral vascular disease, or ingrowing toenail.
Petechiae / purpura	Poorly fitting shoes, vasculitis, thrombocytopaenia, embolic focus, systemic sepsis, snake bite, or blood dyscrasia.
Thin skin	Steroid use, peripheral vascular disease, or diabetes.
