He has type 2 diabetes, AF, BPH, a long-term suprapubic catheter, recently ceased apixaban and no known allergies. Observations and bloods: T 38.5 C, pulse 98, BP 122/55, normal WCC, creatinine 188 (previously normal), CRP 173.
