A 52-year-old woman presents with 3 days of feeling generally unwell with nausea and abdominal pain. She is afebrile at 36.7 C, HR 78/min and BP 85/50 mmHg. Results show sodium 126 mmol/L, potassium 5.7 mmol/L, glucose 2.3 mmol/L and calcium 2.6 mmol/L.
