A 45-year-old man is brought to the ED after falling off a horse. His pelvic X-ray is shown below.

He has GCS 14, heart rate 140/min, blood pressure 75/40 mmHg, and oxygen saturation 100% on 6 L/min via Hudson mask. He is agitated and requires transfer to the interventional radiology theatre for embolisation of bleeding pelvic vessels.
