Le Fort II: pyramidal fracture with the teeth at the base and nasofrontal suture at the apex; traverses the maxilla, inferior orbital rims, and nasal bones.
Le Fort III: craniofacial disjunction; traverses the nasofrontal and maxillofrontal sutures, orbital walls, and zygomatic arches.
