Ninety minutes earlier she took a presumed polypharmacy overdose: paracetamol 15 x 500 mg tablets (7.5 g), olanzapine 25 x 10 mg tablets (250 mg), and diazepam 5 x 5 mg tablets (25 mg).

Observations are SpO2 92% on room air, BP 100/60 mmHg, pulse 110/min, RR 22/min and GCS 10 (E2 V4 M4).
