You are the doctor on duty for a retrieval service and are tasked with transferring a patient from a regional emergency department to a major trauma centre.

The patient is a 23-year-old previously well man involved in a high-speed rollover motor vehicle collision. He has suspected head and bilateral chest injuries, has been intubated, and has bilateral chest tubes.

Phase Findings
At scene BP 70/30 mmHg; HR 160 bpm; RR 40/min; oxygen saturation 86% on high-flow oxygen via Hudson mask; GCS 7.
Most recent BP 90/30 mmHg; HR 140 bpm; RR 14/min; oxygen saturation 98% on FiO2 0.35.
