A 62-year-old man is brought to ED after falling 4 metres from a ladder and sustaining a head injury. Primary survey is otherwise unremarkable, but he has marked swelling over the left face and it is difficult to open the left eye.

You elect to perform RSI before imaging. Two axial CT images are shown below.
