His wife prepared him a drink. A few minutes later she found him unconscious on the ground and possibly not moving his left side.

On arrival he has HR 145, RR 40, BP 124/75, SaO2 98% on 15 L NRBM, GCS 9 (E2 V2 M5), and mottled peripheries.
